DESCRIPTION:ENTER HERESTART LISTRACE PACKCONTACT USDescriptionThe Relays are back!\nWe are hosting our Individual and Relay running event for Summer 2024 at Wilmslow Rugby Club.\nWe have a 5K loop through lovely parkland and your aim is to complete as many full laps of the circuit within either a six or three hour time limit.  You can participate as an individual or as part of a relay team of two, four or eight people.\nWe’ll have medals for those completing the ultra distance (9 laps or more) and pin badges for achieving the 3 and 6 hour challenges.\nThe bar will be open, food and drink available throughout the event and there’s plenty of  space for club tents and gazebos overlooking the start/finish/changeover point.\nSelect the ‘Enter Here’ option above for more details on how to enter, teams and age limits.\nThe event is run under UKA rules which should be followed by all participants.  Running with dogs is not permitted under UKA rules.\nAnyone aged 12 or over can take part in the event but there are restrictions on the number of laps each age group can complete as below (ages as of the day of the event).  Individual entrants must be 18 or over.\n\nAge 12-15 – one lap\nAge 16 – two laps\nAge 17 – five laps\nAge 18-19 – nine laps\nAge 20+ – no limit\n\nCourseThe course takes in the Jim Evison Playing Fields, The Carrs, the Rugby Club fields and connecting paths/quiet roads,  It’s fairly flat overall with 46m of climb each lap, and the course will be signed and marshalled.\nA course map can be found on the Event entry page – use the ‘Enter Event’ button above  (n.b. may be subject to change slightly)\nVenue facilities & car parkingParking is available at the Rugby club and surrounding roads.\nThere are toilets in the clubhouse, a bar and food is available on the day.\nChallenge PrizesThere will be a medal awarded to anybody achieving the ultra distance (9 laps or more).\nAll individuals taking on the 3 hour or 6 hour challenge will get a pin badge regardless of the number of laps they complete.\nTeam members will get pin badges if their teams complete the following challenge distances:\nBronze – 8 laps (40k)\nSilver – 12 laps (60k)\nGold – 16 laps (80k)\n\n                            (function(w, d, s, o, f, js, fjs) {\n                            w['RacecheckWidget']=o;w[o] = w[o] || function (){(w[o].q = w[o].q || []).push(arguments)};\n                            js = d.createElement(s); fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];\n                            js.id = o; js.src = f; js.async = 1; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);\n                            }(window, document, 'script', 'rcw', 'https://racecheck.com/static/js/widget.js'));\n                            rcw('init', {widget: 8856});\n                        \nChip Timing & Race NumberCollect your race number and timing chip from registration on race day.\n\n
