Online Registration & Data Management

Using an online entry system is by far the best way of keeping track of your information and checking the status of your race entries. This service can be taken as a basic standalone option or in conjunction with our race timing services which will give access to more useful features

Our preferred online entry portal for setting up and managing your online entries is Nifty Entries which allows us to provide you with up-to-date records on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to suit your requirements.

All the entry fees are processed via the Stripe banking system and then paid regularly into your bank account, minus any commission fees applied.

    • Our online entry management when taken as a stand-alone option includes:

      • Set up and maintenance of the online entry page for your event
      • Processing and maintaining the online entry records
      • Processing any cancellations, refunds and transfers as per your instructions
      • Secure handover of your race entry data to you or your timing company before your event

 

  • When taken in conjuction with our timing services, we are able to include:

    • Emailing out your event related messages such as race confirmation, your race information pack etc. as per your requirements
    • Responding to event related email/queries and telephone enquiries before the event
    • Promoting your event via our social media page
    • We are able to receive entry data managed by other online entry systems you may have contracted for your event, such as RunBritain, BookitZone etc.
