Race The Tide 2024
Description
This year marks the 11th anniversary of Race the Tide where runners of all levels are challenged to a unique 10km obstacle race. The route follows wild and natural features where you crawl through mud, wade through rivers, tackle obstacles, and scramble to the top of wooded hillsides.
The race starts and finishes in the beautiful grounds of the historic Muncaster Castle, located in the Lake District, and ends with a celebratory dinner and Ceilidh! We also offer a full weekend of activities and accommodation at Muncaster’s campsite, or indoor rooms for the perfect staycation.
